Terms of Service

By accessing or using Poker Night ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Poker Night is a group management and score-tracking platform designed for casual poker games. The Service provides:

• Group creation and member management
• Game scheduling and polling
• Score recording and tracking
• Score balancing and record-keeping
• Player statistics and leaderboards
• Notifications via email and push

Poker Night offers optional paid subscriptions ("Pro") with the following plans:

• Monthly — $4.99 per month
• Annual — $39.99 per year (may include a free trial period)

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store settings (iOS), Google Play settings (Android), or through the web dashboard.

No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google per their respective store policies. Poker Night may change subscription pricing with reasonable notice; price changes take effect at the next renewal cycle.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or legal guardian's consent to use the Service. We do not knowingly allow individuals under 13 to create accounts.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their activities comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. Some jurisdictions restrict or prohibit poker played for real money. Poker Night does not encourage, endorse, or facilitate gambling. The Service is intended for recreational score tracking only. The app is not responsible for any illegal use of the Service, and users bear full legal responsibility for how they use it.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account via a supported OAuth provider (Google, Facebook, or Apple) or email sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Poker Night are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poker Night shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. Upon deletion, your authentication data will be removed and your profile anonymized as described in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
