• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Send notifications about game updates, invitations, and settlement reminders
• Calculate statistics, leaderboards, and player insights
• Improve and personalize your experience

• OAuth providers (Google, Facebook, Apple) — for authentication. We only receive the profile information you authorize.
• Resend — for transactional email delivery (invitations, notifications)
• Web Push notifications — for real-time game updates, delivered through your browser

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed from our systems, though anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for analytics.

Poker Night uses cookies and local storage for authentication sessions and user preferences. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
